Refund policy
It is really important to us that you love your purchase from HELLO NIGHT KIDS however we understand mistakes can be made when ordering online. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it doesn’t fit, we offer return and exchange options.
- All Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- All Items must be returned in original condition; unworn and unwashed with original labels and tags attached. Failing this, HELLO NIGHT KIDS reserves the right to deny the refund and the items will be returned to the sender.
- As you will be responsible for return and shipping charges, we strongly recommend you use a trackable method of mail for your return.
- Please include sender details on the package, either with your name or order number so it can be identified. If we are not able to identify your return we will not be able to process the request.
- For change of mind returns Hello Night Kids will refund the amount paid for the garment, back to the original account used for purchase.
- For exchange returns, Hello Night Kids will send the new exchange items free of charge.
- For returns due to faulty goods, the customer will be sent a replacement or given the option of exchange or refund. In this instance Hello Night Kids will refund the shipping costs incurred in delivery and bear any additional costs incurred in the exchange.
International Orders
For international orders, refunds will be processed for the value of the goods returned only. Please note that shipping costs and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
Please allow 14 days for all returns to be processed.
HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURNS REQUEST:

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store if you wish to make an exchange.
5. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund or your exchange items as requested
