Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from Hello Night Kids. While we hope every order is perfect, we understand that sometimes a size isn't quite right or you may change your mind. That's why we offer a simple returns and exchanges process through our Returns Portal.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be lodged for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Please include your name or order number with your return so we can identify and process it promptly.
Hello Night Kids reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
For exchanges, we'll send your replacement item free of charge once your return has been processed.
Return Shipping
At checkout, you have the option to purchase Free Returns + Package Protection.
If you purchase this coverage:
- Your return shipping label is included for eligible returns and exchanges.
- Your parcel is also protected against loss or damage in transit.
If you choose not to purchase this coverage:
- You can still return your items through our Returns Portal.
- A return shipping label will be generated for you, with the return postage charged separately.
All returns remain subject to the conditions outlined in this Returns Policy.
Faulty Items
If you believe you've received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we'll offer you the choice of a:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Refund
In these cases, Hello Night Kids will cover the cost of the return shipping.
Please Check Your Garment
We take great care in inspecting every garment before it leaves our warehouse. However, on rare occasions, a manufacturing fault may not be detected.
We kindly ask that you inspect your garment when it arrives and before its first wear. If you notice any faults or damage, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and include clear photos so we can assess the issue promptly.
Claims relating to manufacturing faults made after 30 days cannot be accepted, as it becomes difficult to determine whether the damage is due to a manufacturing fault or normal wear and use.
International Orders
For international orders, refunds apply to the value of the returned goods only.
Please note that:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any duties, taxes or customs charges paid are non-refundable.
Processing Times
Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for it to be processed.
