Refund policy

It is really important to us that you love your purchase from HELLO NIGHT KIDS however we understand mistakes can be made when ordering online. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it doesn’t fit, we offer return and exchange options.

  • All Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • All Items must be returned in original condition; unworn and unwashed with original labels and tags attached. Failing this, HELLO NIGHT KIDS reserves the right to deny the refund and the items will be returned to the sender.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless Free Return Coverage is purchased at checkout.  See information below on the return coverage. 
  • Please include sender details on the package, either with your name or order number so it can be identified.  If we are not able to identify your return we will not be able to process the request.
  • For exchange returns, Hello Night Kids will send the new exchange items free of charge.
  • For returns due to faulty goods, the customer will be sent a replacement or given the option of exchange or refund. In this instance Hello Night Kids will  bear any additional costs incurred in the return.

International Orders
For international orders, refunds will be processed for the value of the goods returned only. Please note that shipping costs and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

Please allow 14 days for all returns to be processed.

What is “Free Returns + Package Protection” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, your order is also protected.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
